One scrape equals one page session — one click of the scrape button on a page, regardless of how many rows are returned. Scraping a 50-row listing uses exactly 1 scrape.
Do unused scrapes roll over?
Scrapes reset every 30 days with a fresh allocation (e.g. 12 for Starter). This applies to both monthly and yearly billing — yearly plans are charged once per year, but scrapes still refresh each month. Unused scrapes are always discarded.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open your Dashboard and click Cancel Subscription. You'll confirm once, then you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I run out of scrapes?
Scraping will be paused and you'll be prompted to upgrade your plan. Your existing scraped data is never deleted.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
All new users automatically get 2 free trial scrapes per month. Upgrade to a paid plan for more scrapes and saved templates.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. PayPal and additional methods are supported where available.
